Candlemelt was born in Samos. On an island where the sun sets slowly, houses smell of jasmine in the summer, and time moves a little slower. Here we create plant-based, handmade candles, inspired by nature, nostalgia and the romantic aesthetics of simplicity. Each candle is carefully made, in small batches, with love for detail and respect for the environment. We use vegan candles, choosing raw materials and packaging that respect people and the environment. For us, a candle is not a decorative object. It is a moment. It is an emotion.
My Story
After concluding my studies and working in different fields, I realized that what really drew me to perfume was the idea that a little light and a scent could change a person's entire mood. So, I decided to leave my professional career as a teacher and travel and learn as much as I could about perfume. Candlemelt was born from my need to create the atmosphere of a space through candle and lock my memories in a bottle. For me, each candle is a small way to give peace, romance, well-being. It is a way to make everyday life a little more beautiful.
Where to find us
Our workshop is located in Samos and we would be happy to see you in person at our place, to show you how we make our candles. You can easily order them through our website, with shipments throughout Europe, or purchase them directly from our physical store, the Candlemelt Concept Store. At the same time, you will find us in selected stores in various cities of the country. From Samos to every corner of Greece, our light and aromas travel to improve your mood.
