This Returns Policy applies to all purchases of all products made through our online store based on current European consumer protection legislation.

Return of products (Right of withdrawal)

After receiving the order, the customer retains the right to return products within 30 calendar days. In any case, the returned products must be in the condition in which they were received.

In more detail:

– The products must be in excellent condition, without damage or signs of use.

– In addition, they must be accompanied by all original documents, purchase receipts (e.g. Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).
– Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the return of the products.

For the right of return to apply, the customer must inform the store in writing (via email) to the email address contact@candle.gr.
The return of products can be made with any courier company.
Note: Returns by regular mail (ELTA) are not accepted.
The cost of shipping the returned products is entirely borne by the customer.
Note: In cases where Candlemelt.gr is responsible for the sale of products of defective quality, incorrectly packaged, damaged during the transport of the package, upon receipt/invoicing of the order, then Candle.gr assumes full responsibility for the replacement, the return cost, as well as the re-shipment costs.
Necessarily, there must have been prior communication via email, sending us proof of the damage (via photos) within 7 calendar days of receipt.
